The short version
This website is an informational site for dental practices. It does not require an account, does not run advertising or analytics trackers we have installed, and does not store form submissions on our servers. The handful of ways information can reach us or third parties are described plainly below.
Contact forms and requests
The request forms on this site (pickup, UPS label, shade check, new-client intake) work by opening your own email program with the details pre-filled. Nothing you type is transmitted to or stored by this website — the information travels as an ordinary email from you to info@naturalesthetics.net. We use what you send us solely to respond to and fulfill your request.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all web hosting, Vercel's infrastructure processes standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) in server logs for security and operation of the service. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
Embedded content
Some pages embed videos from YouTube and Vimeo. When you view a page with an embedded video, those services may set their own cookies and collect viewing data under their own privacy policies. The Vimeo embed is configured with "do not track" enabled.
External services
Case submission, client login, and invoice payment are handled through DDX, a third-party practice-management platform, on its own website. Information you provide there is governed by DDX's terms and privacy policy, not this one. Links to our social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest) likewise take you to those platforms' own environments.
Patient imagery
Before-and-after case photographs shown on this site are published with patient consent on file with the treating practice.
